"BUMN dan BUMD" BUMN(Badan Usaha Milik Negara).    PENGERTIAN BUMN          Berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 19 Tahun 2003, BUMN (Badan Usaha Milik Negara) adalah suatu badan yang modalnya berasal dari kekayaaan negara dan kemudian pengelolaannya dilakukan oleh pemerintah. Dengan begitu, BUMN termasuk pelaku ekonomi di sistem perekonomian Indonesia.  BENTUK-BENTUK BUMN         Dalam penyelenggaraan usahanya ada dua macam bentuk BUMN , yaitu PERUM (Badan Usaha Umum) dan PERSERO (Badan Usaha Perseroan).
